Endangered Species Act Committee
The Western Urban Water Coalition (WUWC) embraces the basic goals of the Endangered Species Act (ESA), but works to constructively amend the law so it is more workable and less conflicted. The committee works to secure useful changes administratively through regulatory or policy changes.
